Who do you spend the most time with?

I spend a lot of time in parallel with my mother. I recently moved back home, and I spend a lot of time hanging out with her.

I like going on walks with her and telling her about the things I’m figuring out from a strategic communications point of view. I often run into her running around the block, and we often walk to the water.

Another thing we like doing together is brainstorming. I’m still in the early stages of my new business, and having time and a sounding board to reflect off of is very nice. I also help her with some ordering for her course that she’s making and some ideas for social media posts.

I like that my mom is a creative teacher. I feel like I’m in the process of constantly learning myself, and I appreciate that this is an axis in which my mom is very encouraging.
