As someone who’s gotten to be very good at things, I’ve noticed that at the peak of performance comes a plateau of despair as you don’t know what to do next. When you feel like you have no equals, and you don’t have a reason to keep pushing, many people stop and feel miserable for being in such a uniquely human spot, where you’re adorned yet not understood.
This is where it’s essential to be on a journey, where it’s almost better to have an aspiration, even if it’s a false idol. The destination is just a point, a moment in time, and because of that, it’s ethereal, it’s momentary, it’s irrelevant.
Knowing that, why bother achieving it at all? Why not make your goals impossible and constantly strive for greatness
It’s funny you say that happens to me a lot when I’m writing. I hit these little patches where I feel like I can’t come with anything.

Yeah! That’s kind of how I feel. I think part of it is that a lot of my energy is going to my full time job, my two startups, and my other activities
