What are your daily habits?

Every day, I try and complete a set of tasks that will eventually make me strong.

First, I try and make sure I walk several miles. This is good for fortitude and mindfulness. I also try and drink a gallon of water, some caffeine, and relevant supplementation.

I’m also really into writing so I blog daily and produce several TikTok’s for my business on top of either my workday, or my weekend plans.

I also try and find something that’s not working well in my life and improve it so that I’m able to continually sharpen the saw.

I also try to see a few people on an almost daily basis to make sure that my social skills are intact,
