Rest and Reset

Reset and rest are virtually the same word. One cannot reset without rest. Resultantly, one should emphasize rest if one needs to reorient.

In general, people tend to either struggle from doing too much or doing too little. In my case, I tend to push forward a bunch of different things at the same time, and drive myself crazy. Sometimes, I think I push myself too hard, but I don’t know if I’m going in the right direction.

Catching up on sleep during the weekend is wonderful. It provides an elixir for improving, for your muscles growing back.

When I work out too hard, I see my muscle progress decline. Counter intuitively, rest helps rebuild a type of intensity that I don’t always have access to.
