Breakfast of Champions

A lot of the time when I’m going to maximize my productivity, I tend to eat a very similar, very unique breakfast.

It is as such. Large caffeinated beverage between 150-200 mgs of caffeine, either in energy drink or black coffee with 2-3 Splenda packets, toasted almond or vanilla.

I follow this with two fish oil pills. 1400 mg, 980 mg of omega 3.

This combination gives me unrivaled focus. I think it’s in large part because it strips everything unnecessary out, it avoids carbs, and effectively allows me to remain in a ‘fasted’-esque state,

This means that it’s easier to burn fat, and have those ketones hit like a truck. Occasionally, I like to eat a few eggs, either medium or MICROWAVED.

Controversial, yes. Tasty, meh. Effectiveness unrivaled.
