Avoiding Common Substances

What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

I don’t drink, smoke, or consume marijuana. I sleep as long as I can and try to avoid eating much sugar. Plus, I spent a lot of time working out.

This combination, and writing down my goals has it so I can easily check my progress on the things I want to do with my life.

There are still things I can work on, but being able to visualize what I still need to do, and how far I’m coming is good for allowing me to continue to soar, and improve my performance.
