CSm thoughts

As of today, I am now a certified scrum master that means that I am able to facilitate agile meetings and wall. I don’t even really agree with the framework. I think it’s less efficient than other framework. It is one of the rages in technology so I unfortunately am going to have to play the role of an adopter as opposed to a visionary or an innovator. Something I find frustrating is that I don’t think that a lot of productivity techniques are actually more accurate and it doesn’t feel like many people have adopted the capabilities to determine whether something is more productive in the first place, and I get that it takes a lot of resources and cognitive effort to redesign everything and to that information so instead they like to rely on experts so this comes with the downside of when experts have an opinion that isn’t reasonably vetted it is hard to control it from not sucking.
