Religion without spirituality…?

If spirituality can be divorced from religion, than it implies that there can be religion without spirituality, in the same way that there’s spirituality without religion.

While I’ve heard from a lot of people that they’re spiritual, but not necessarily religious, I think it’s interesting I’ve heard comparably few descriptions of religion without spirituality. I think this is because spirituality in large part refers to seeing and finding magic around you- this is generally seen as a positive thing by religion. Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism think about faith broadly, and what is faith without magic? If there is nothing to be faithful to, if God(s) is (are) mundane, than the dynamic spirit holding these religions together seems to crumble.

Controversially, I think Tao Te Ching, Taoism, and often Buddhism seem to be examples of religion without spirituality. After all, these are methods of approaching the world. These are based around traditions and rituals without having a grand view of what the world is. Instead, acting in a way consistent with virtue changes yourself, not necessarily the world around you.
