Implementation Consulting

I’m a skilled technical implementer and technical project manager of enterprise programs in the healthcare field. Across my experience, I’ve successfully implemented Vizient, Epic, MCG, and Rightfax.

Epic

I was the project lead for the Contra Costa CORE Recertification project where I built out test data, interfaces, and worked across teams and with executive stakeholders to complete my work. I also implemented Tapestry’s Utilization Management, and was responsible for overhauling the process for building letters, a key pain-point.

Vizient and Medisolv

I served as the primary point person for a key strategic project for a health system to install Vizient’s Clinical Database across six facilities and Medisolv’s ENCOR Core Measures and Pro-PM module. I regularly worked with executives to ensure a smooth beta-testing of new AI implementation model.

Broader Consulting

In college, I started a free speech club, and ran several conferences. I became skilled at people and resource management to ensure that everything ran smoothly. I’m confident motivating and inspiring people to achieve common goals, and managed to achieve commitments from UConn’s board of Trustees.
